Seoul Tower

Last Monday we went up to Seoul Tower which is sort like the needle I guess. It is a tower that overlooks the city, they even have a restaurant that moves like the needle does. It is on a mountain and you can walk or climb or take a cable car. We did the cable car this time because I need to buy a new baby carrier for Luke. We will climb sometime before we leave...maybe with some family that comes to visit :)

At the bottom of the tower they have thousands of locks on the fences. It is a tradition here for a couple to bring locks up and then lock them together and throw away the key...Matt said throw the key over into the woods below, but we saw signs that said do not throw your key over. It signifies staying together by never being able to take the locks apart.

Up at the top there were mirrors on the floor. Luke loved to look at himself and he lay there for a little too.

They also had a store called Teddy Bear Museum. The little cable car moved and the girls thought that was pretty cool. We thought Grandma Kathy would love it.

We stayed until dark to see the city all lit up and it was worth it.
