The Army has given us such an amazing opportunity to minister in an awesome and unique way. My Chaplain wives and I have been talking a lot lately how blessed we are to be able to show Jesus to so many people. We are not the typical "Preacher's Wife" and honestly most of us are thankful for that. Let me clarify that statement. In what other place do all the pastor's wives of all denominations get together for fellowship? We do have some of the false expectations that pastor's wives have, but it is refreshing for the soldiers & their spouses to see that yes the Chaplain and their families are humans. We should strive to make it known that everyone is welcome to come to accept Christ.
